AI-ASSISTED STEP

Prepare a useful reply

Use the enquiry and agreed business information.

A draft, not a decision
HUMAN REVIEW

Check the reply

NEXT ACTION

Follow up with context

A person chooses whether to send and records the next step.

Clear owner. Useful outcome.

An enquiry and the relevant business context help prepare a reply. A person reviews it before choosing the next action.

Connections depend on your tools, access and agreed scope.

Growth Scan reads up to three public pages, checks the essentials and highlights practical improvements to the path from visitor to enquiry.

What the check looks at

  1. A clear message

Headings, page descriptions and wording about your offer.

  2. A way to enquire

Contact links, form fields and what happens next.

  3. Website essentials

Page titles, mobile viewport and image descriptions.

Public-page checks with sources. Search rankings, sales and successful form delivery are not measured.

Two ways to get started

Learn it.
Or get help building it.

01 / LEARN BY DOING

Practical AI workshops

Understand where AI fits, work through an everyday task and give your team a useful starting point.

  • For owners and teams learning together
  • Examples shaped around the group
  • Format and scope agreed before booking

02 / BUILD A WORKING PROCESS

AI workflow implementation

Map a recurring problem, agree the setup and build and test a workflow with the people who use it.

  • For a defined process that needs improving
  • Start with your current tools and information
  • Agree delivery, training and ongoing support

Sound familiar?

The small gaps
create a lot of work.

A missed enquiry. Notes that go nowhere. A follow-up that lives in someone’s head. Choose the repeated problem worth fixing first.

01 /

Enquiries lose momentum.

Map where enquiries arrive, who responds and what happens next. Prepare useful replies and make follow-up visible.

02 /

Information stays scattered.

Bring the relevant business context together. Turn meeting notes into proposed actions and repeatable checklists.

03 /

The next step gets missed.

Help the right person see what needs attention, with the last conversation and the outstanding commitment beside it.

Implementation that starts with you

Understand the work.
Then build the system.

Your software and team are the starting point. Connections, data access and any ongoing costs are confirmed when we scope the work.

01 /

Map it

Walk through the task, the tools and the point where work gets repeated or lost.

02 /

Scope it

Agree the workflow, deliverables, costs, responsibilities and approval points.

03 /

Build & test

Work through realistic examples, missing information and handovers with the team.

04 /

Make it usable

Document the process and agree training, support and a useful review point.

Practical learning

Bring the work
into the room.

A workshop should help your team recognise what AI can do in their working week. Start with real tasks and a clear next step.

Useful questions

Before we
connect anything.

Can you connect all of our tools?

Not every tool or connection will be suitable. We check your tools, permissions, data access and agreed scope first. Some workflows use an approved connection or export; others need a manual step. The map above is illustrative, not a list of confirmed integrations.

Will AI send messages automatically?

Drafting and sending are separate actions. We agree what needs review, who is responsible and how the workflow can be paused before implementation.

Do you only work with gyms?

Gym and coaching businesses are Jay’s strongest experience base. For other businesses or workshop groups, describe the problem and we can discuss fit and the support needed.

What will it cost?

Implementation, software and support depend on the agreed scope. Costs are confirmed before paid work begins. There are no packages or subscriptions purchased on this website.

Can I check my website first?

Yes. Growth Scan checks up to three readable public pages and gives you a sourced first finding without email. Your name and email unlock the full report, also free. Use the suggestions yourself or talk with Jay about implementation. Open the website check ↗
