Members should feel a clear standard no matter who is coaching. The goal is not to make every coach identical. The goal is to make the experience consistently strong.
Give the team a rhythm.
- Brief sessions with clear intent.
- Demo movements with standards and scaling.
- Coach the floor with names, cues, and energy.
- Debrief as a team so standards become normal.
Train the system.
If standards only live in one great coach, the business is exposed. Build shared language, monthly themes, scorecards, workshops, and simple review rhythms so the standard belongs to the team.
