Agreement

These terms govern your use of the thehybridgroup.co website and the THG Command Centre platform, operated by Jay Clark trading as The Hybrid Group Consulting, ABN 96 683 020 984. Consulting engagements are additionally governed by the individual agreement signed for that engagement, which prevails if the two conflict.

Your workspace and logins

Command Centre logins are personal. Keep credentials secure and tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you and your team add to your workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another client's data, probe or disrupt the platform, or use it for unlawful content. We may suspend access to protect the platform or other clients.

Your data

Your business data remains yours. You can request an export at any time. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Connected-service credentials can be revoked by you at any time from your portal.

Service

We aim for the platform to be available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We take backups and apply security controls, and we recommend you keep source copies of critical documents.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the platform is limited to resupplying the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Ending an engagement

When a client relationship ends we remove access, revoke public links and connected services, and export or delete your workspace data per your instructions.
