TWO DISTINCT PARTS OF THE WORK

Where do you want to go?

01 / HYROX BUSINESS CONSULTANT

I run a gym or studio.

For gym owners exploring how HYROX fits their business, facility and community. The conversation starts with what you have, where you want to go and what a practical next step looks like.

  • Understanding the affiliation pathway
  • Thinking through facility layout and equipment
  • Connecting programming, teams and member experience
  • Building events and community around the gym

02 / ANZ PERFORMANCE COACH DEVELOPMENT

I’m building my coaching business.

I work with HYROX to grow and support the Performance Coach network across Australia and New Zealand. It starts with understanding the person behind the coaching business and where they want to go.

From exploring affiliation to finding a clearer coaching offer, my focus is practical direction, useful connections and helping coaches get involved in the community.

PERFORMANCE COACHES · AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

A real conversation.
A clearer direction.

Whether you’re exploring affiliation or already part of the network, I want to understand your coaching business, your ambitions and what would help you move forward.

  1. Start with your goals.

Who do you coach? What are you building? Where do you feel stuck? The conversation starts with your situation.

  2. Find your place in the pathway.

Understand the Performance Coach offer, the learning involved and how it fits the way you want to work.

  3. Turn ideas into a next step.

Think through your offer, your athlete experience and opportunities to connect with other coaches and local gyms.

HYROX currently lists Foundation and Level 1 education, appropriate personal-training accreditation and insurance among its coach requirements. Check the official coach benefits and requirements ↗

UNDERSTAND THE SPORT

A shared challenge.
A stronger community.

HYROX alternates a one-kilometre run with a functional workout station, eight times. That consistent format gives athletes a recognisable challenge to prepare for.

8× 1 km runs+8workout stations

For a gym or coach, my question is: how do we turn that shared goal into a training experience people want to return to?

01 / THE BLUEPRINT

Every metre.
A purpose.

Start with the people you want to train. Then think through capacity, equipment, movement and how a coach can work with the whole room.

02 / THE TRAINING FLOOR

A space that
moves with you.

Step into the concept. Consider the transitions between stations, the sightlines for your coaches and the experience of someone walking in for their first session.

03 / THE BIGGER PICTURE

Build more
than a room.

The space is a starting point. Bring it to life with confident coaches, a clear timetable and a community that gives people a reason to come back.

THE THINKING IN PRACTICE

Make the space work
for the people in it.

A training zone is more than equipment and floor space. It needs to work for coaches, members and the way the gym actually runs.

The Cave Gym in Toowoomba is one example of the thinking behind a HYROX training environment.

An official HYROX Training Zone pairs a prescribed layout with race-standard equipment and aligned programming. Your facility first needs Training Club affiliation; zone approval depends on the required equipment and layout.
